Because I trust Reece (and every single one of my team members) to have the initiative to work hard and improve.
If you want to lead, you have to do it from the front. Support your staff members as much as you expect them to support you. Be willing to do the things you expect them to do. But don’t ask them to do those that you aren’t willing to do yourself.
