Suggested sets and reps: Anywhere from 6 to 12 reps and 3 to 4 sets (depending on the rest of the workout)
have found Zottman curls to be very effective… when done properly… i.e. with the right tempo and pause… these truly do add good seize & STRENGTH in your forearms
