George Mariolis from Definition Training Headquarters taught me this exercise. Its a great exercise to work the calves and hit them from a different angle. Tip for training calves… Train them with a set tempo, example, 2 seconds up, 2 seconds pause, 2 seconds down, 2 seconds pause. This tempo would be written as 2222

This is a great vid but lets not forget TUT (time under tension) remember to check reps when prescribing tempo. Good Work
