Today’s guest is fellow BioSignature and PICP coach, Joey Emont.

Joey Emont has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years.  Throughout his career, he has been one of most accomplished injury rehabilitation experts in Los Angeles, utilising treatment modalities acquired from internships with experts such as Greg Roskopf of Muscle Activation Techniques as well as Functional Medicine Practitioner and Exercise Physiologist, Dr. Peter Rouse.

Joey helped shape the educational curriculum of Equinox Fitness Clubs by enhancing the skill-sets of hundreds of trainers over the course of six years. In 2007, his focus changed from Strength Coaching to nutrition, which was ignited by the teachings of Charles Poliquin and his Biosignature Modulation system. In addition to holding multiple certifications in the Functional Medicine Lab Analysis, he is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. This knowledge has allowed him to transform physiques, while also nutritionally supporting chronic conditions.

Joey specialises in providing nutritional solutions for the stressed executives who keep a hectic travel schedule. He has had the opportunity to work with many actors, models, and dancers as well as finalists on the hit show The Biggest Loser. He is a regular contributor at the Functional Fitness magazine at and his personal blog which can be found at www.bodyinc.net.
